Rich demonstrated great leadership skills and communication skills in guiding students and teaching them the basics on how to snowboard. He demonstrated the 'how', 'what', 'why' and 'the goal' of each task in order for students to understand how to snowboard. Rich showed great customer service by dealing with each students needs and wants to a high standard.", "Richard is a very motivated, great communicator and dedicated individual. Richard was a pleasure to teach.", and "I've known Richard for around 6 years now, I was his lecturer when he was an undergraduate on BSc Audio Technology at Salford, his project supervisor for his undergraduate final year project, taught him again as a post grad on MSc Audio Production and was his project supervisor again as a postgraduate student. I was also his visiting tutor while he was on placement with Dolby Labs for a year while he was an undergraduate. Richard is undoubtedly one of the brightest, most motivated and organised students I've had the pleasure of teaching. He has consistently worked to a very high level both independently and when part of a project team. During his time working for Dolby Labs on placement he had sole responsibility for running the transfer bay in Dolby's Soho office and performed exceptionally well building great relationships with clients and becoming something of an expert in the job. I've very much enjoyed working with Richard and would highly recommend him as highly skilled, a good communicator, dedicated and a pleasure to work with."
