'Reach Her' is a social enterprise based in Perth, Western Australia. Our mission is to support and empower women from diverse backgrounds to improve their confidence, mental and physical wellbeing and help create a sense of belonging by helping them gain an entry into employment from education and training.As a mentor, I'd be working with women to reach their potential, and gain entry into the job market or start their own business.

Building self-efficiency is a core value in all components through modeling.Building effective and empathetic communication skills keeping in mind ages, cognitive abilities at those ages. Teaching negotiation skills to showing how it can result in positive experiences, and mutually beneficial outcomes - despite challenging and difficult behaviours.Imparting debating skills using facts, figures and active listening is a big part of my role in this child rearing activity,and showcasing how skills acquired in one activity can transfer to another activity is huge. Showcasing gender equal roles,task distribution and very importantly the values of rest are an important aspect in raising future world leaders - and plays a huge, strategically chosen life long project goal.

We migrated to Australia, and love both the country we were born in,and the country we call home now. While we shall always be 'of the former' in heart, Australia is now home - and we love both countries equally ! We have 'twice the pride" and celebrate it in all ways possible.The idea behind this business is to give every one a chance to proclaim their lineage, the fact that they may have come from different countries is just another chance to celebrate the 'twice the pride' feeling we have, along with our abundantly vibrant communities. Boosting Female Founders Initiative Program Mentor with Growth Education Institute aims to provide targeted support to female founders of startup businesses (startups) to scale into domestic and global markets. The program aims to provide expert mentoring and advice to meritorious applicants.

I managed the grants process,along with the networking and relationship building for Karratha Community House. I also managed events, fundraisers for the organisation. I had the responsibility of managing the Karratha Community House website and their Facebook page. Creating connections with key stakeholders, nurturing those relationships along with ensuring staff needs were met were a strong operational objective.

Mystery shopper for a couple of different Marketing Research Companies, in the Gladstone area. Have shopped F&B, Pharmaceutical, Service Stations, Post offices, Telephone service providers etc and I know that I've been able to make positive changes their customer service raitings.This is a casual, part time job.
