Resolve queries, solve problems, and provide guidance during the trainers' work.• Maintaining good relations with existing colleges & conducting outreach activities to onboard new colleges. Connecting with college stakeholders where required to problem solve escalations and strengthen relationships. Contribute to making donor reports by providing content, collating case studies, etc.• Ensuring all timesheets and expenses of your team are sent in a timely manner. Ensuring that the student databases of your team are up to date. Conducting QPRs for all your reportees every quarter.

Building a cooperative and professional relationship with college stakeholders.• Complete training for atleast 350 students. Completion of deliverables with best quality and <=10% training dropout. Timely data updation and quality data maintenance along with sharing of reports. Conduct career counselling as per the prescribed format with all students enrolled for training program. Conduct parent engagement sessions as per the prescribed format.• Prepare your students for the upcoming roles based on current job market. Ensuring formal-sector placements for atleast 85% of the trained students and this will be measured as a key outcome of career counselling. Enable student joining in the jobs they have been selected for by facilitating seamless communication to them and providing post-placement counselling.• Supporting other trainers with orientation, screening, mock interviews and so on. Also, developing curriculum for soft skills and developing case studies for the program.
