Richard is a Vice President, Relationship Manager of Greenstone Equity Partners. Richard has over 18 years’ worth of experience in sales and business development, raising assets for U.K. based investment managers. Prior to joining Greenstone Richard was Head of Sales & Business Development at Shard Capital Partners. Founded as a fixed income broker Shard diversified to become a multidiscipline financial services business. Richard worked collaboratively across the business to grow Shard’s AUM and played a pivotal role in the design and delivery of their discretionary wealth management service. Prior to this Richard was responsible for raising assets at PIMCO, a $2trn fixed income asset manager. Richard played a leading role in a four-person team to grow PIMCO’s reach and reputation among their discretionary investor base in the U.K. Prior to PIMCO Richard spent 12 years at Jupiter Asset Management contributing to the businesses transition from a £12bn U.K. centric investment manager to a £48bn listed multinational. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management from Oxford Brookes University. He is also IMC qualified, has an advanced level 5 diploma in Trading & Market Analysis and has completed the CMI Level 7 Senior Leadership Programe.
