The assets and office locations were in several states across the US and Canada. -Responsible for leading Richland Investments from $250MM in assets with 30 employees to a $2B company with over 150 employees with an operating budget of $100MM per year within 8 years.-Directly responsible for overseeing daily finance operations, training and supervision of support staff, sourcing company funding, and handling a wide variety of special projects. -Oversaw all financial analysis, treasury, accounting, tax, compliance, human resources, and information technology functions for all corporations under ownership.-Developed and implemented growth strategy during the 2008 financial crisis to position the company’s assets and capital to take advantage of buying opportunities that led to 7x growth.-Acted as CFO/CEO of a small communication company under Richland Investments that started with $10MM initial investment and grew the asset’s value to $385MM, with revenues of $50MM in a six-year period that enabled the creation of the very first Tall Tower Securitization which totaled $185MM with a Fitch bond rating of AA, which led to the eventual sale of the investment for $385MM to a $30B REIT-Identified a new market opportunity via a second spin off company with the purchase of 5 TV stations licenses for $5MM that were shut down with no revenue and re-started them with a new leadership team and various corrective operational procedures which resulted in a market value of $70MM with $15MM in annual revenue and increased margins by 50% compared to industry averages.

Market share at the time was around 7-10% of the PC market with an annual operating budget of $3.5B a year. In 2007 Gateway was acquired by Acer Computers.Provided leadership and oversight to 100 Managers and Analysts across four business units that were tasked with providing forecasts from all business functions, including Marketing, Engineering Manufacturing, Legal, HR and Operations.Managed an annual operating budget ~$3.5B per year.Successfully consolidated all business units’ financial information, communicating corporate results to CFO and Wall Street analysts.Created and led a Profitability Team that included finance leads from each business with the common goal of creating consistent financial practices across the company’s four business units.
