I am a current psychology undergraduate with Swinburne Online, where I am finishing off the undergrad pathway I started in a previous degree.In 2021, I completed a Double Degree in Health Science and Media & Communication at Swinburne, majoring in Neuroscience & Social Media. In my neuro pathway, I chose to research the neurobiology of psychopathologies, particularly BPD and PTSD, with a focus on childhood trauma. I also enjoyed studying memory, cognition, and epilepsy.Outside of university and work, I have active volunteer commitments in the CFA, Rotary, and other organisations. While I hold no committee positions there for the first time in a few years, I am also highly engaged in clubs at Swinburne. In 2021, I was the Vice President of the Swinburne University Psychology Association where I still assist in community management.I have occasional paid work as a speaker for Batyr, where I go to schools around Melbourne and share my lived experience of mental health.I have so much more to say, but let's end it here! As the Lead Media Officer for the brand new Swinburne Engineering Student's Society, I led the club's social media and marketing strategy to make SESS one of the biggest and most successful clubs at Swinburne. This was guided by an overarching strategy.By December 2019, SESS boasts the second largest membership of all Swinburne Clubs with 463 members. Social media posts have accumulated a reach of 110,000+. Facebook has 700+ likes, LinkedIn has 330+ followers, and Instagram has 150+. SESS's media profile has become extremely competitive amongst the Swinburne community.Our club won two awards at the Swinburne Student Life Awards:- Best Club Initiative 2019 (Engineering Industry Night)- Best Club Collaboration 2019 (Entrepreneurial Leadership Program)I was voted SESS Member of the Semester by the club in July.I recognise and take pride in my role in this club's success. Perhaps the most exciting example was marketing for the aforementioned Industry Night - our first big event which, with 350 attendees, was the largest student run industry event at Swinburne.

I had the responsibilty of managing employees, often of school age, to ensure they were cleaning the shop properly according to set standards, serving customers appropriately and efficiently and that they and their uniform was presented decently.
