After graduation I started a career in IT, where I went on to provide IT consultancy to a diverse range of organisations in the private and public sector whilst working for a leading IT services company. In 1998 I co-founded Consilium UK; a specialist IT firm offering Consultancy, Cyber Security, Support and Cloud Services. After almost 25 years of managing Consilium UK, we took the opportunity for the company to become part of the Kick ICT Group, one of the fastest growing and leading providers of IT services in the UK where I now act as CTO for the Technical & Apps divsion for both companies, continuing to do, and enjoy, much of what I've done my entire career.
