The Bank of England are running a programme to renew and refresh their Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) system which settles around £700 billion pounds worth of transactions per day in real time. As HRBP I provide the Programme Leadership and the Renewal Executive Board with People insights and support the programme of circa 400 staff with generalist HR management support. I lead on staffing strategy, retention, and workforce planning activities as well as policy development to ensure operational excellence within the programme.
