I have held positions across each step of the RPO & MSP recruitment lifecycle and broader leadership roles, which has given me a deep understanding in sales, solution design, service delivery of outsourced talent solutions and a broad expertise in business transformation and business leadership.Prior to launching Deka Outsourcing, I was working for Guidant Global, a leader within the industry (part of the Impellam group) as a Strategic Director. I was responsible for leading multiple teams, the expansion of key clients (£250m SUM) across the globe and acquisition of new customers. Furthermore, I was also responsible for Guidant Global’s £25m turnover Irish business where I relocated to Dublin and successfully led the business merger. External recognition has also come with a lead role in the curation of a market leading recruitment campaign that was recognised by the TIARA recruitment awards for “Best UK marketing recruitment campaign within innovation” 2018.
