This position is responsible for all aspects of MWV’s global Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program. This position is the primary interface with MWV’s internal and external auditors for the communication and coordination of Sarbanes-Oxley testing coverage to eliminate redundancy and reduce costs. Additional responsibilities include planning, managing, implementing and consolidating global results for documentation and testing activities related to Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance.Lead the design and execution of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act implementationCoordinate documentation, testing and monitoring the company’s internal control structure in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance effortsRecruit and train finance staff from various company departments to support the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance effortsCoordination with external auditors the attestation of management assessment of internal controls
