Digital technology is perceived as a black box that people don’t understand…However it doesn’t need to be that way.Over the years I’ve built up a public profile as a keynote speaker at digital events internationally. One thing I’ve noticed is a huge demand from firms looking for help and guidance with their digital transformation. There is a clear and present calling for more of us to become creators rather than just users of technology.During my time in industry, I set out a vision to create a data driven culture - one where the workforce is trained and encouraged to see digital as an enabler for innovation. A culture where they are free to create, test and innovate.So, after 20 years of software development and infrastructure experience within industry, I’m now providing firms with the skills and tools needed to create, build and prototype within the digital world.This has lead to the creation of Digital Decode, where anyone can become a creator.Our focus is to provide the skills and tools that aid creativity. We have put together a successful intensive programme of education and training to stimulate and kick-start the digital transformation process.There are three main seminars: IoT for Leaders Smart Application Development 3D simulationEmpowering everyone with digital confidence and competence has been transformational within the teams we’ve assisted.Digital Decode also produces customisable workshops and we will be adding Data Analytics and Cyber Security to the roster later in 2022.
