Sudut Pandang Bandung is a tourism space that aims to pamper all five senses of the visitors. Sudut Pandang in Indonesian means point of view or, if we divide the words, Sudut means corner and Pandang means look or view. It is located on the corner of the cliff and has a 180 degrees scenery view of its nature and Bandung’s City. Sudut Pandang has 2 main corners, which are Sudut Cerita (Story Corner) and Sudut Rasa (Taste Corner).

Generasi Terampil is a digital innovation incubation program for adolescents to empower adolescents to identify challenges in their communities, create a sustainable solution to solve them, and develop their 21st-century skills, entrepreneurial skills, and digital skills, according to UNICEF 12 Core Life Skills framework.The program have over 3.000 students My role in this program is to:- Hiring, Managing, and Onboarding 50 Mentors- Preparing Learning Journey, Lesson Plan, and Class Operational for the Program including: • Syllabus • Technical Requirements • Prepare training materials for mentor and teachers including worksheets and power points • Learning Materials and Assignments • Collaboration with Markoding Instructional Designer to producing Learning Module based on UPSHIFT adaptation (include learning module for teachers and students)- Lead bootcamp including: • Manage Learning Journey during the bootcamp • Create lesson plans and teaching materials, including pre-post tests, assignment (if any) based on curriculum • Review Weekly Sessions with mentors : on weekdays (1-1.5 hours) and saturday before live session (30 minutes) • Contribute to manage Program Outputs and Learning Outcomes with collaboration with the Head of Learning and Learning Strategy, Instructor, Mentor, and Project Manager during the program • Overseeing and perform quality control of the final projects completions from each team/participant • Overseeing and perform quality control of the final presentation for Demo Day - making sure each team/participant has prepared their presentation well along with mentors and co-facilitatorsThis program is a collaboration between Markoding & Unicef.
