RICHARD ISLAS - RICHARD ANTHONYSince the pandemic, I have been seeking a Part-Time position as a Delivery/Courier. Although I have renewed my CPT License through CA state, I would prefer to work in a less public setting. I have been fully immunized since March 2021 for the Covid virus.Since 2004, I have been working as a Phlebotomist/Lab Technician and as a Life Insurance Medical Examiner. I have my own company called Rich's ParaMed Services that I occasionally see clients to exam. Prior to that I was living in New York and drove, leased, and owned a Cab working for Liberty Cab. I drove from 1999 through until 2004 when I moved back to California. In 2016 I began working Part-Time for Uber and continued that until March 2020 when we were hit with the quarantine.For over 21 years I have worked in the Customer Service field - which has related to getting physical measurements, Blood and UA specimens, health questionnaires, lab work, specimen handling, and transporting the specimens to the Lab for testing. I never had to redo a specimen collection in all that time. Included with my health-related work, I also transported VA patients to and from home in NY for 5 years as well as biological specimens. In 2016 I began working for Uber as a Driver and continued in that Part-Time role until the Stay-At-Home order went into effect.Even though I have numerous years in the Lab field I have also accumulated work experience dealing with Transportation, Logistics, and Specimen Handling. I am only seeking Part-Time work as a Courier to complement my SSA earnings.Thank you for your time.
