-Compose and execute subcontracts.-Put together submittal packages for lighting projects and release to customers.-Negotiate material and supply contracts with a keen focus on ensuring goods and services are competitively priced and strategically purchased.-Establish and maintain close lines of communication with distributors, reps and manufacturing facilities regarding the procurement of goods and services in the desired delivery requirements.-Lead change management initiatives within the Purchasing/Field Resource function, provide agile leadership, guidance and developmental training to direct reports in a manner that promotes professional growth, drives innovative ideas and creates engagement-Issue or approve purchase orders when required, and resolve purchase order/invoice discrepancies as needed.-Manage the maintenance of equipment such as mini excavators, skid steers, trenchers and fleet vehicles.-Manage manpower, material, and equipment for jobsites on a daily basis.-Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing distributors, reps, and manufactures to improve profitability.-Implement and maintain safety guidelines company wide as well as make safety site visits weekly.-Review electrical plans to order and ensure proper fabrication of rebar cage foundations, gear, and lighting package.

• Work on and operate a scissor lift as well as a boom lift.• Work on live and dead circuits.• Run MC cable, flex, pipe and SO cord into junction boxes as well as make proper connections for LED, fluorescent fixtures and Hi-Bays to work properly.• Replace old single, double, three and four lamp ballasts as well as convert old T12 fixtures toT8 fixtures.• Convert fluorescents to LED's.• Replace, install and troubleshoot all lighting controls.• Install lighting transformers, and relays in panels.• Troubleshoot all types of fixtures as well as circuits when not working properly.• Demolish and install exterior fixtures such as wall packs and pole lights.• Bend pipe, pull wire and connect circuit.• Run a crew of guys on projects, as well as train them to install and troubleshoot electricalapplications.• Handle all service calls at specific facilities such as a Naval base and other locations.• Terminate cat5 low voltage connections, troubleshoot, and install all low voltage lightingapplications.• Write up daily reports on work production.
