Vice President, Facilities Management Operations
Current- Oversee all aspects of facilities & grounds management for 16 buildings across 4 campuses, covering nearly 144 acres - Create and manage annual budget of $700K- Manage 26 staff members between maintenance and security- Partner directly with President, Director, and Senior Staff to address needs of campuses - Address daily needs required by staff and visitors and remain on-call 24/7/365 for all security and life emergency situations that arise- Lead short-term and long-term capital improvement projects, which include but not limited to: creating and implementing guidelines, securing quotes, overseeing outside contractors, etc.Project management highlights:- Over $15M of state funded capital improvement projects- $7.5M in new building construction projects and permanent exhibition installations- 10 OCFC/OFCC funded projects- Install, run, and uninstall multiple major traveling exhibits and filming resulting in over $335K in company profits: Lady Diana, The Vatican, Captain America: Winter Soldier- Coordinate annual fire, elevator, and HVAC inspections in accordance with State and Federal regulations- Serve on Senior Management Committee and Safety Committee
