I combine broad technical and management expertise with strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach to deliver impactful solutions. My present role at Flintshire County Council, has allowed me to provide strategic management to a diverse range of specialisms including business relationship management, service desk, systems and digital solutions development, information governance, cyber security policy, training and school support. My substantive position is grounded in the areas of business relationship management, service desk and training.I fulfil the role of senior officer on a number of local, regional and national level IT projects, aiming to drive change, maximise performance and satisfaction. I currently lead the development and implementation of our information and data management strategy, and its associated theme in our digital strategy, with a vision around improving efficiency and decision-making at a local level. My passion lies in leveraging technology to enhance public services and drive positive transformational change.
