I was promoted to run the Derivatives team in Sydney and the structuring capability. I developed a global mentoring program to drive engagement, while also leading the multimillion-dollar value-add "hub", running advisory and structuring across all assets and merging 4 business units to create one advisory business. In 2007, I progressed to run all structuring across multiple asset classes, managing a team of 20+ people before taking on global sales to grow a substantial revenue line. In this role, I also led a global sales team of 56 and was a member of the FX global leadership team, the Fixed income trading leadership team and the all product Global sales leadership team.
