Responsible for pre-delivery editing checks on the Pilatus PC-24 AMM project. Alongside this role I liaise with the authoring team within Sonovision to provide support and guidance to ensure all authoring tasks are written to the industry standards required.We as a team are in close contact with the production management departments and senior engineering groups in Pilatus to make sure that the relationship is strong and the service we provide is of the highest quality.

SCHADE design and manufacture Wagon Unloading Systems, Storage Systems, Stockyard Systems, Ship Loaders and Eco Hoppers within the material handling sector.In this role I work closely with the documentation team in Germany to produce a complete package of instructional manuals that are delivered to the customer throughout the projects. These include Assembly, Operation & Maintenance, Site Test and Commissioning and Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPC).Our Bristol office is the centre of excellence for the Wagon Unloading Systems. I collate information from the designers and mechanical engineers to produce clear and concise documents that will be ultimately used during operation of the machines.This role has enabled me to use 3D modelling tools to extract graphics and develop them as technical illustrations within the documents.

Working on Airbus Service Bulletins and AMM projects to produce technical maintenance manuals.Combining a knowledge of Airbus aircraft and procedures with an ability to use various authoring programs such as XML, SGML, Citrix, SAP and Microsoft Office to achieve comprehensive documents for the operator.The documents we produce conform to the ATA 100 index and S1000D.

Returned to Bristol to work on the manufacturing and process implementation of components on the Airbus A330 Leading Edge.

Part of a team put together to work on the A380 wing rib foot repair. Inspection work consisted of certifying operators work, raising non conformances within SAP and liasing with Stress and Design departments to achieve required standards on the repair.

Worked on various projects within the A330 trailing edge department. Spent some time in Tool control and calibration centre to improve quality and reduce time and cost factors within the business.
