Served as the US Army Africa Chief Mobility Operations Officer for Operation Echo Casemate. Recognized by the AFRICOM J-4 for the flawless coordination and mission execution in a Joint, Inter-organizational, and multi-national environment in support of Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) directed mission. Recognized by Brigade Commander as one the top 10 percent of Captains he had worked with in his 24-year career. Applied mastery of policies and procedures in unit operations that resulted in earning near perfect ratings during the XVIII Airborne Corps Organizational Readiness Assessment (ORA). Recognized by the Joint Task Force-Civil Support commander for effectively leading a rigorous training program to ensure all 162 Soldiers were prepared to execute the Defense CBRN Response Force (DCRF) mission for FY14. Provided key transportation support to the NORTHCOM tasked mission to support the 2013 Boy Scout Jamboree in West Virginia. Worked tirelessly to build and maintain a positive command climate, resulting in substantial improvements in areas of trust between Soldiers and NCOs in the unit Equal Opportunity command climate survey. Leadership was instrumental in the company meeting the reenlistment goals for 2014 and 2015 prior to any other company in the brigade.
