Exercises contract oversight and ensure proper stewardship of U.S. taxpayer dollars to support development of ANSF. Oversees over 500+ contracts valued at more than $6B; implements an effective review process for current and future contracts; ensure contract oversight representatives (CORs) are appropriately and timely identified, trained and appointed. Coordinate with NTM-A/CSTC-A and IJC to synchronize ASFF contracts, with sites and functions, and identifies site dependencies for a seamless transition of requirements to the ANSF. Responsible for the validation and funding package of 50 Red River Army Depot CORs including placement and oversight of contracts valued in excess of $1B.
