* Master Scheduling – Production ControlResponsible for developing and maintaining Program and Production Schedules Interfaced with Sales, R&D, Engineering, Quality, Tooling and Operations to insure contract requirements were met. Developed Production Schedules incorporating shared resources, sales forecasts, production costs & capacity, inventory costs, customer orders, inventory levels, manpower and historical data. Generate reports that provide management with necessary information to assist in production improvements and financial reviews of inventory, and product delivery and availability. Identify and resolve conflicts with respect to materials and capacity constraints. Review and enhance Standard Operating Procedures for each process within the department. Knowledge of Inventory Planning, Master Scheduling, and Production Control. Understanding of supply chain practices, demand planning, scheduling and accountability. Extensive knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, MS Excel, Project & Office. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all departments in a fast paced environment.Request/Prepare production release packages such as charge numbers/work orders, released drawings and shop orders (SO)/work instructions for in house fabrication and assembly. Prepare program shortage reports through the purchasing department and expedite procurement of materials and the manufacture of materials. Ensure the completion of Manufacturing Discrepancy Reports by following up on status and expediting when necessary. Perform data entry for the receiving and issuing of materials in ERP system. Request and issue production shop orders, issue charge numbers to each shop order and release them to the production floor.
