This was a total desktop, server and network overhaul, inc migration to Citrix Xenapp and MPLS. Leading on the tender writing and supplier engagement, influencing decision making and business case writing. Working closely with key suppliers and leading the internal resources to deliver solutions required i handled the practical and logistical operation of this large scale change, navigating the business across a wide range of new technology shifts while maintaining business continuity and value for money2013 - 2014 -Disaster Recovery Invocation. Lead internal infrastructure project manager on a DR affecting 70 staff requiring full permanent office move. I successfully planned and coordinated zero day activity's with specialist suppliers to restore IT service, with a large work agenda mid to long term around desktop\print and network restructuring and business system integrating. Also responsible in sourcing,integrating and managing agency staff to overcome the high pressure workload during this time.

(1000+ users) Offered technical assistance in the computer labs and had responsibility to fully support the staff and children in delivering the ICT Curriculum on a daily basisWorking on a Windows 2000\NT domain, it was a great learning curve in what was my 1st technical role within ICT, understanding various technology disciplines, and enjoying fantastic experience setting up new computer labs and installing new servers\printers and AV Equipment.
