Richard is a very experienced retailer having held senior roles in department stores both in Australia and London.He has a proven track record of achieving results, is extremely customer focused and has been instrumental in building very effective teams and supporting many individuals in their career progression.Whilst working in Harrods has certainly been a career highlight, being the store manager of David Jones, Bondi Junction throughout the major refurbishment and the construction of the entire Westfield Centre was an incredible and invaluable experience.Richard has also spent time as the regional manager in the ACT and southern NSW for WC Penfold, which provided an opportunity for exposure and responsibility for multi site retailing, corporate sales and a telemarketing division.
