About Richard Bartle

Over a period of years I have worked in numerous positions in and around educational settings both formal and informal gaining vast experience of working with children, young people and vulnerable adults.Whilst working within these positions and environments I have gained vast amounts of experience working with SEND, learning difficulties, mental health conditions, challenging behaviour and socially disengaged learners.Through the variety of different work placements I have experienced I have developed a vast range of skills and knowledge that combined give me the tools and motivation to work with any age range with a no limits ethos as to what can be achieved regardless of the challenges and barriers that may be in place.I am now looking to further my experiences working within mental health and wellbeing whilst also gaining further qualifications to strengthen my appeal for new opportunities.
