Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the end to end Supply Chain, these included: the introduction of a supplier manual, supplier relationship management, improved internal communication, store delivery review and rescheduling, warehouse re-layout, a warehouse process review.In addition, I was responsible for the operational running of the NDC based in Northampton, with an annual budget of £8m.
