The development of an Asia Pacific team and its integration with the global Ebiquity business was also integral to the role.

Responsible for bringing together 12 disparate countries across Asia Pacific, with over 1,000 employees, to become one high-performing team that delivered strong profitable growth. In addition, I represented Nielsen on the Board of a joint venture (with WPP/Kantar) in India and was the leader for a major global project for the Beijing Olympics, working.

Managing the client service function across Asia Pacific, including a team of senior account executives responsible for the Top 10 regional clients - including Colgate, Unilever, Nestle, P&G and BAT.

Leading the key divisions of Media and then Retail & Customised, working with major clients across media/advertising, consumer packaged goods and other industry groups (Government, financial, tourism, etc.). The renewal of the TV Audience Ratings contract in 2005 was a major focus.

Building a client team and go-to-market service to win the TV Ratings contract - the single biggest contract in Asia Pacific for Nielsen - and subsequently leading and managing all marketing, sales and client service activities for this major service in the Australian media industry.
