Health Management employs the largest team of consultant occupational health physicians, leading an established clinical team operating across more than 45 Health Management clinics and 80 client sites. My main duties include:- Directly sourcing candidates using a variety of methods- Face to face and telephone interviews- Writing job adverts- Partnering with senior managers to advise on recruitment strategies- Negotiating agency agreements and managing the PSL- Producing MI - Making offers and creating offer documentation- Planning and attending conferences and industry events- Managing candidates using company ATS

Working as a key member of the recruitment process, I worked with the business to turn staffing requirements into quality candidates.Main Responsibilities included:- Conducting briefing meetings with recruiting managers before the launch of a vacancy- Sifting CV’s against job requirements, shortlisting CV’s to recruiting departments- Conducting competency interviews. Supporting assessment centres- Making offers to successful candidates, playing a key role in negotiations- Working with HR Business Partners to progress recruitment activities- Advising managers on both internal recruitment policy, as well as recruitment legislation- Maintaining and updating recruitment databases, providing figures and stats - Project lead for the UK process improvement work group- Updating recruitment supplements, to ensure maximum exposure of key roles- Liaising with the internal HR function both nationally and internationally- Attending recruitment fairs and events- Coaching internal employees on CV and interview techniques - Providing prompt and detailed feedback to ensure a first class candidate experience- Working as part of a wider international team
