With over 20 years of experience in retail marketing and customer experience, I am passionate about creating simple, memorable, and differentiated experiences for customers and associates. As the Director of Customer Experience at Verizon, I lead the retail customer experience team for one of the largest retailers in the US, delivering customer value and driving growth for the business.I have developed and implemented strategic plans in a highly matrixed organization, collaborated with cross-functional teams and partners. I also leveraged design thinking, digital and physical marketing, and creative skills to craft innovative and engaging experiences that showcase Verizon's 5G and entertainment options. One of my proudest achievements was winning the 2020 Interactive Customer Experience (ICX) Elevate Award for deploying a voice-activated 5G experience at Verizon stores nationwide. This experience enabled customers to learn more about Verizon's 5G and entertainment options activated with simple voice commands.
