Developed plan to take Hillel network's global fundraising from $90 million to $200 million. Built team to create meaningful relationships with ultra high net worth individuals and foundations in order to increase giving levels by order of magnitude. Created innovative staffing model to empower fundraisers to target success at both local and network levels. Successfully worked on several gifts at unprecedented scale for the organization to build foundation for continued growth.

Led Grenzebach Glier and Associates (GG+A) in Europe. Provided philanthropic management consulting services to higher education, independent schools, hospitals and health care partnerships, cultural and other non-profit and non-governmental organisations.

Charged with catalyzing change in the organizational culture toward strong relationships with individual and institutional donors. Worked with CEOs, boards, and staff to develop strategies for raising large gifts from ultra high net-worth individuals to advance WWF's mission. Focus on recognizing existing relationships for their true potential value and seeking to develop further relationships with individuals having the capacity and interest to make significant impact in the field of conservation. 10 national organizations in Europe expanded or launched major gift fundraising operations as a result of this work.

Managed relationships with 55 donors with net worth in excess of $100 million. Devised and executed strategies to maximize gifts of $5 million and higher. Raised gifts totalling in excess of $25 million to support faculty positions, buildings, scholarships, arts programs, art museum, etc.
