Electrochemically deposited gold into vias using a NEXX Cell system. Planarized plated Cu wafers using Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) techniques and performed necessary measurements. Developed a process for wafer cross sectioning in order to provide general information about the fabricated structures as well as critical analysis of fabrication failures, and anomalies. Provided plating expertise and assistance for key product development in nickel and gold electro-less plating.
