Electrochemically deposited copper into features up to 100µm in depth and performed critical step height measurements to ensure good Cu fill. Performed maintenance engineering duties by charactering and sustaining bath health using a Cyclic Voltametric Stripping (CVS) system as well as titration techniques. Electrochemically deposited gold into vias using a NEXX Cell system. Planarized plated Cu wafers using Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) techniques and performed necessary measurements. Developed a process for wafer cross sectioning in order to provide general information about the fabricated structures as well as critical analysis of fabrication failures, and anomalies. Provided plating expertise and assistance for key product development in nickel and gold electro-less plating.

Investigated the effects of chemical warfare agent simulants on metal surfaces. Analyzed samples using X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. Responsible for preparing, conducting, and leading laboratory experiments in a university required course focused on the use of the laboratory instrumentation as well as administered exams and graded assignments.
