Over 17 years of experience in design of electrical, communication, networking, and control systems for military and civil works projects. Project experience encompassed residential, commercial and industrial construction and included work on the following typical projects: Maintenance Shops; Aircraft Hangers; Flight Simulator Buildings; Substations; 35kV Sub-Transmission Lines; 15kV Distribution Lines; Day Care Facilities; Warehouses and Storage Facilities; Enlisted and Officers Barracks;Operations Buildings;Hazardous Storage Facilities; Dining Facilities; Fire StationsDesigned lighting and power systems, communications/network systems, electrical transmission and distribution systems, HVAC control systems, SCADA systems, emergency generator and automatic transfer switch applications, grounding systems, signal reference systems, static grounding systems, lightning protection systems ,and cathodic protection systems.Team leader for development of standard operating procedures for production of plans, specification and other construction contract documents as part of the organization goal to become ISO 9000 certifiedServed as team leader for devolopment of CADD standards that allowed better usage of our delivered products by the customers.All work included preparation of construction drawings and specifications, calculations (including load estimation and equipment sizing; voltage drop and regulation; short circuit; anode quantity and sizing; ground resistance; generator sizing; and interior and exterior lighting). Each project required development of the request fro proposals, participation on the evaluation team, and unsuccessful bidder exit briefings. Served as District Automated Review Management System (ARMS) technical liaison.
