• Teamed with founders in 2018 to launch and run all aspects of the business, including Cayman Master Fund structure, management company structuring for both, US and UK entities, IT and trading infrastructure, office space, negotiation and implementation of all administration and service provider relationships.• Responsible for all in-house operations including all trade operations, daily accounting and monthly NAV release, Real Time P&L, margin calls, swap resets and creation and maintenance of custom baskets.• Manage the Firm’s operating budget and interact with external vendors and counterparties; facilitate annual audits and completion of annual tax returns. Generate, monitor, and maintain overall budget for the management company; Responsible for administering payroll & benefits for all employees and ensure compliance with Federal, State and City employment laws.• Designed, implemented, and responsible for, all aspects of compliance program, regulatory compliance and filings, and corporate governance. Created the Firm’s due diligence questionnaire, perform all operational due diligence meetings and serve as main point of contact for investor queries.• Created and maintain monthly performance reports for investors and reviewed all investor communications including Quarterly Investor Letter and Weekly Estimates.• Responsible for the successful launch of a sub-advised UCITS fund in May 2021 including all legal, operational, compliance aspects as well as the integration of fund administration, custodian and ISDA counterparty into the Firm’s infrastructure.• Responsible for all aspects of the wind down process for the Master Fund and the UCITS fund. Terminated and negotiated contracts with Vendors and Sell Side brokers. Managed the liquidation and Final NAV process efficiently and expeditiously in order for Investors to receive their Redemption proceeds in a timely manner.

In my role as COO, I am solely responsible for all non-investment related aspects of launching a new fund inclusive of service providers, infrastructure, compliance and marketing materials:• Actively engage in investor outreach inclusive of family and friends, institutional investors and seeding vehicles• Partner with founder to develop marketing deck; worked closely with graphic design firm to ensure precision of details and timely completion of final version• Conducted due diligence process to vet and select service providers and negotiate agreements, including onshore and offshore legal counsel, prime brokers, fund administrators, directors, BBG, PEO and insurance broker• Created strategic operational plan, DDQ and currently in process of completing essential groundwork for all trading execution, settlement and reconciliation activities• Established fund structures and form all management company entities and fund entities associated with master-feeder structure• Perform the general accounting function for the management company utilizing QuickBooks Pro

I wrote and introduced a formal business plan to grow Alternative Mutual Fund segment of Prime Brokerage business. Other responsibilities and accomplishments include:• Designed and facilitated sales presentations detailing landscape of liquid alternatives industry, prime brokerage platform strengths, ’40 Act regulations and operational cash and security flows• Collaborated with senior management to formalize strategy to identify potential clients across prime brokerage, listed, equity swaps, research sales, systematic strategies and MS investment management• Introduced 30+ hedge funds to sponsors, asset managers and mutual fund complexes by establishing a “Light Cap Intro” program; maintained and distributed a sourcing list to interested sponsors and distribution channels• Published a monthly Alternative Mutual Fund newsletter sent to over 600 external recipients, providing perspective on the Alternative Mutual Fund industry; data points included: AUM, capital flows, performance and other relevant trends

In this leadership role, I managed all aspects of a team of client services representatives in NY and Brazil including coaching/mentoring, motivating, performance evaluations and ensuring policies and procedures were adhered to minimize firm’s risk. I was responsible for all personnel decisions for 65+ employees:• Built, nurtured and maintained 150 hedge fund relationships, ranging in AUM to $30B, across entire client organization including Trader, Marketer, CFO, COO and Portfolio Manager• Interacted with prime brokerage consulting team in delivering effective solutions to hedge funds including infrastructure recommendations, trading, risk and accounting systems, cyber security, real estate and staffing• Negotiated hedge fund financing fees and term lending agreements, inclusive of length of terms, financing levels and margin policies, in collaboration with Finance, Risk and Senior Management teams• Identified and communicated cross-sell opportunities including trading, fund administration, fixed income, listed derivatives, investment management and wealth management
