Improved flexibility, scalable throughput, utilizing a common transaction interface exchange, as well to improve performance with the local Accounts Receivable system. Added Brazil specific Tax compliance functionality for SaaS offerings and infrastructure to enable use of Credit Cards.Acquisition Integration - working with newly acquired companies to facilitate integrating their fulfillment processes into IBM; includes work with order to cash, renewals, support, accounting, and product offering management. Successfully integrated 8 acquired companies through seamless Transfer of Business into IBM; a direct contribution to The IBM Acquisition Roadmap, resulting in over 400 million dollars in annual revenue.
