Key responsibilities:- Overseeing all aspects of the Training Ground- Management of training ground personnel to ensure maintenance programmes are adhered to - Working with the Football Department and Academy for training ground- Acting as principal point of contact on first team matchdays to ensure that the gameday production is properly planned and executed- Liaising with key internal stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met for each event that the Club hosts.- Working with the Commercial department to ensure that all sponsor deliverables are met in a cost-efficient manner- P&L management – working with the Finance Director to ensure that all budgets are properly reviewed and challenged ensuring compliance with all finance policies.

Key Responsibilities • Plan, manage and monitor with set KPI’s the overall strategical plan at the Club for EPPP• Plan, manage and monitor the 36-week evidence based program for EPPP• The submission of all annual business plan’s for EPPP and the twice yearly financial monitoring reports to the EFL• Plan, manage and monitor on a day to day basis the working budget for the year for EPPP• Recruitment & management of all staff including CPD, KPI’s and appraisals • Management and daily communication with all HOD staff and parties• Management of weekly, Monthly HOD and EMT meetings and reports• Plan, manage and monitor all Policies, Procedures and Regulations for EFL• To act primary contact for all program business and meetings with commercial, finance, facility • Monitoring & evaluating the performance of the programs and reporting into the club’s board

Working with the Boys U9s to U12s, as part of the coaching staff at Oxford United FC, where our aim was to develop and produce players for the 1st team. My job is to aid the development of the players on and off the field. The part of my job I most enjoyed then was helping players solve problems and develop. I was lucky enough to have worked with a number of players who all went on to be professional players for Oxford United’s first team.Key Responsibilities:• Utilization of Performance Coaching Log• The welfare of players within designated age group• Providing high quality coaching and support including learning objectives and outcomes • Implementing a training and games programme in line with LTPD guidelines• To support the development of the Assistance Coach• Prepare and carry out Player Reports followed up with action plans
