I lived in three countries while researching small business needs in key markets. I developed and prioritized requirements for redeveloping a US-centric product into a global platform that supports non-US workflows, accounting, tax, terminology, and billing, and coordinated the efforts of eight teams in four countries to deliver the offering.I partnered with Marketing and Customer Care teams to rethink our go-to-market and customer support strategies, and managed relationships with key external partners including a major bank and telecom.Intuit now has customers paying for the globalized edition of QuickBooks Online in 100+ countries. From Aug. 2012 to Aug. 2013, I partnered with US product managers to deliver a major redesign of the QuickBooks Online user experience, and managed the globalization, staged rollout, and in-product assistance workstreams.
