Although I having been involved in business all of my working life, I have always been passionate about helping people to grow. To this end I turned my attention to training and education. In 2014 I went back to the classroom and qualified with a ‘Level 3 in Training and Education’. In that same year I was offer the Directorship of a non-profit making organisation called Finding Futures CIC. It is through Finding Futures CIC I have worked in freelance training. Teaching a variety of courses including CSCS in construction, introduction to the retail industry and office administration. I have dyslexia and I know what it is like to have hurdles to conquer in an educational environment, it is only through encouragement and nurturing that students can have the confidence and drive to keep moving forward.

Approved Trades was created for all contractors from one man bands to businesses with many employees. This is the second Trade Association that I have set up, the first being in Spain.All members are fully referenced and are given a licence to use the Approved Trades logo that is renewed annually. A qualified hypnotherapists with almost 22 years’ experience dealing with all types of psychological and emotional processes.My interest being in post-traumatic stress issues caused by any overwhelming experience whether it be in a war zone, personal trauma, abuse, or work related issues.
