Being an Operations Supervisor for DHL has taught me alot on the warehouse side of shipping. I help track KPI's for the work we accomplish. Jointly over a network of 30 + associates. I help mange work instructions working with my team leads to ensure each work instruction is correct. I used to be with FedEx freight as a supervisor for 2 yrs, was a city driver and line haul prior to that. As a supervisor at FedEx I was an inbound planner, city dispatch, and outbound planner. I worked every aspect within the FedEx systom to better myself. The LTL world is different on the shipping side. When I put everything I have learned from both experiences together it helps me understand more to enable myself to be a better supervisor. This also allows me to achieve customer satisfaction everytime because the job is done right on time everytime.
