Building a product is like building a piece of art. Similar to how art must be viewed to be appreciated, products are only valuable if they satisfy my 3 U’s: Usable, Used, and Useful.THE “WHY” DRIVES THE “WHAT” AND “HOW” IN BUILDING SOLUTIONS. As a software designer and engineer, I always had creative control over the solutions I developed. I understand that the “why” is equally, if not more important than the “how.” That led me to the business side of developing solutions.I am known for functioning on multiple levels, from business strategy to product development – making the connection between the vision architects and the technical teams charged with execution. I’m proud that the end products I was responsible for solved the right problems, which in turn drove company growth.I am respected as a business leader and engineer, My colleagues often come to me to ‘hash out’ ideas - clarify their vision and develop strategy that solves problems in the most efficient way and in the least amount of time.I AM ALSO PASSIONATE ABOUT DEVELOPING SYNERGISTIC TECHNICAL TEAMS where each person can grow professionally.
