Previously managed the Container parks, being Full and Empty Container Park, Full Reefer Park, 4 x Warehouse container parks and Projects (Abnormals and Project cargo).Responsible for large teams working in a high volume, constantly changing environment.Responsible for yard layout and container process flow around dynamic Warehouse environments.Involved in identifying process bottlenecks and finding solutions to constantly streamline efficiency.Working closely with Road haulage teams and Rail division. Experience with weighbridge operations. Experience in handling and storing abnormal cargo with rigging equipment and specialised requirements.
