• TransUnion is an American consumer credit reporting agency. TransUnion collects and aggregates information on over one billion individual consumers in over thirty countries, including the UK.• I worked on three infrastructure projects whilst there, remediation of end of life servers, replacement of backup/restore infrastructure and the update of NetApps storage.• I was responsible for producing requirements for changes to infrastructure & services, “As Is” review of existing backup/restore services, analysing & managing server remediation progress/reporting to senior management and producing recommendation packs on key decisions, working alongside the Solutions Architect.• The role required me to work closely with a wide breadth of people across the organisation (business, technical, on-shore and off-shore), quickly getting them on board and fully engaged in the projects, in order to ensure success.

• MinsterLaw is a leading law firm in the road traffic accident personal injury claims business, partnering with market leading insurers such as LV=, eSure & BGL. • Their main application is a case management system called ProClaim, that is linked to a client focused web based portal (INK).• The role was initially a three month assignment working on two time constrained projects, LV= New Lead Migration & the Introduction of CLA Whiplash Reforms (Regulatory change).• My role was split between extensive data mapping between the systems (incl. new Government portal) and documenting user stories for the new processes associated with incoming reforms (covering the full claim lifecycle - onboarding, liability, claim submission, offers & negotiations, settlement & MI).

• The role was working as part of the Retail IT Team supporting all IT & Technology within stores (POS (Oracle XStore), Payments, Footfall counts, T&A, Supply Chain, CCTV, etc).• The role involved working with global colleagues taking account of local requirements/needs, whilst providing a consistent customer & colleague experience.• Worked on projects relating to international POS changes, T&A, Footfall, hardware installs, supply chain & international regulatory changes.

• TPT is a leading provider of workplace pensions, with over £9billion assets & 250,000 members.• The company was going through significant change, with key personnel leaving and huge knowledge drain around the primary systems & business processes, whilst I was there.• Initial task was knowledge transfer from departing personnel around main pension system and key business processes such as client on-boarding, client off-boarding & regulatory reporting. Produced numerous operational documents and developed a Wiki to support the on-going business. • Second assignment was to help the Pensioner Payroll team stabilise the payroll process, and through process improvement give them the framework & controls to continue making payments. This was successfully completed before I left.

• Yorkshire Building Society (YBS) are the second largest building society in the UK• Initial role was for a migration project working on the transfer of telephone based products to YBS• Second role was for Faster Payments regulatory changes working to an unmovable deadline and with multiple third parties all contributing to the solution• Third role was as Lead business analyst working on a new business start up relating to Share Plans • Responsible for, o providing detailed business requirements (functional & non-functional) o working/managing third party suppliers (including leading YBS team to Cape Town for gap analysis & delivery planning workshops) o management of Requirements Traceability Matrix o supporting development and testing o implementation planning & execution (Faster Payments) o post implementation support (business operations & IT support) o handover documentation for BAU operations.

• Role was for a specific project, the migration of Helpdesk and Marketing functions from an incumbent supplier to Ventura for SEAT UK • Responsible for,o reverse engineering the previous supplier’s application (with no documentation and little assistance from supplier) o providing detailed business requirements, o managing the data migration process to Ventura o supporting the operational roll out• Project had many complicating factors including multiple stakeholders, multiple third parties, uncooperative suppliers and stakeholders, and challenging timescales• Project was delivered to specification and on time. Received a commendation from SEAT and their project team.

• Sales lead management application for the motor industry based on a three tiered web architecture, with 1000 dealerships worldwide using the product. • Functionality included: data capture, process driven business functions, multilevel MI and receipt and distribution (real time and batch) of multiple format data streams • Customer interaction was vital part of role and required good understanding of product • Managed projects, lead analysis, provided structure, advice and guidance working with demanding requirements/timescales• Responsible for introducing structured project lifecycle, analysis techniques including UML & Agile and structured testing environment/tools
