President for a NFP Children's Centre based in Crows Nest. We are a standalone centre run by a volunteer group with around 40 children in attendance per day. The centre has a very low staff attrition rate, high levels of education and industry-renowned care levels.

A marketing agency focused on increasing professional influence through LinkedIn, we leveraged the success of our main account (with 750,000 followers) to display how individuals can increase their own personal brand and awareness. As COO (and co-owner) I designed, built and oversaw the day-to-day administrative functions of the business while realising consistent improvements in business profitability and performance. As head of growth I increased revenue by 400% year on year and expanded the brand to the US, Europe and Asia.

As Vice President of Operations I was a senior member of the leadership team that lead a scale up business from local beginnings to a listing on the ASX in 2020. As a leader, I was responsible for influencing an internal team of 300+ individuals spread across the globe delivering 24/7/365 critical services for (primarily) the media industry and direct to consumers. As a values-based organisation, it was critical to maintain a strong culture during a period of 600% growth from 2014-2020. I designed, planned and opened operations in Singapore, Youngstown (Ohio) and Toronto as well as onboarding sub-contracted services in low-cost centres (Philipppines, India, South Africa) to see margin increase by more than 10% year on year in a competitive price environment.A proud diversity and inclusion leader, I saw female and minority participation increase from less than 10% to over 50% under my leadership - as well as seeing many junior managers reach their potential and beyond, which gave me the most joy in my role.

Originally starting as a casual employee in early 2013, I was brought on ahead of our first broadcast contract (Channel Nine) in 2014. Working closely with broader operations management, I was a critical part of the success of that working relationship.As a result, I was given to chance to pioneer the implementation of the Channel Seven contract ($6-$7M/YR) at a time when they hadn't switched providers for 20+ years. This involved hiring a whole new team interstate, designing training for 40 new staff and being the technical lead on integrating into Seven's media HQ. This was completed within 3 months and recognised by Channel Seven as their most successful 'launch' they've ever experienced. . The contract commenced with the Rio Olympics, which involved 24-hour coverage across at least 4 channels for a two-week period. Channel Seven hailed it the most successful integration/launch they’ve had to date.Office grew from 2 individuals to over 70 in an 18-month period, this involved all people and culture functions, office management and team building through the largest growth period in the business. The Melbourne office remains Ai-Media’s largest, globally.Negotiated a commercial lease to move premises in 2017, including liaising with vendors, agents and related parties with significant cost restraints and technical complexity

Moved interstate to establish Ai-Media's Melbourne operation. This involved designing training and growing the team from 2 to 60 in the space of 12 months and being responsible for their ongoing management.
