Lead the Unicenter Manager for Web Servers product group as manager and lead developer. Oversaw development, QA testing, Documentation and product releases.• Planned and delivered product releases on 6-8 month intervals using MS Project.• Lead a major re-work of the Web Traffic Analyzer, which used the Microsoft Access SQL database.• Assisted in the Introscope/SAP integration java project.

Key member of the team that designed and built the Unicenter Manager for Webservers product. It included performance agents for apache, Netscape and IIS web servers, a Web Response Monitor, a Web Traffic Analyzer and a load balancer. These were multi-threaded C++ applications for Windows, Linux and UNIX platforms.• Innovated the method for instrumenting web servers by real-time analysis of the log files.• Managed the Linux and UNIX machine testing environment.• Contributed to projects to design and develop prototype performance agents for WebLogic and WebSphere, in java.
