I am delighted to be the General Manager of our SMD Equipment Business. With focus on delivering our Operational Excellence program, enhancing our Customer Experience, and leadership of our customer Project Delivery Team. I have responsibility to deliver the day-to-day revenue and margin expectations of the business, including how programs are prioritised, discharged and measured. As part of the Senior Leadership Team I deliver against Objective Key Results and improving our day-to-day operational effectiveness. In addition to contributing to and responsibility for the execution of the strategic plans for the Equipment Business. As part of the One SMD team, I also work closely with our Shanghai team to deliver world class products to our global customers.
