This involved designing an empty building and project managing the installation of new displays to then implementing a complete business structure. From the initial meeting of clients, fact finding, on-site surveys, presentation of designs and costings, technical working drawings for manufacture, project managing the installation, ensure quality standards throughout the project, problem solving and funding options.
