My duties which extends to clearing coin jams, doing hopper fills performing mini drop, giving meter readings, and troubleshoot any issue that occure during game play whether comparitor issue hopper jam, ticket printer faulty, display issue, ram clearing and any other mechanical issue that will arise on a wide range of machines ( IGT S+ & S2000, Trimline, Aristocrat, Bally Alpha, Spielo, Williams Bluebird and many more) Performing major & minor jackpot payouts from stand alone progressive as well linked progressive while maintaining a constant presence on the gaming floor to offer excellent customer service

My duties performed were: Stock taking, preparing advertisements for radio broadcast of new and latest DVD & Blu-Ray movies as well latest games coming out and offering customers advice on electronic devices & products that alreadt exsisted on the market or that was just coming out to try and ensure sales for the company. Performing duties such as printing statements from batches that can range from 200 to 10,000 statements in a day & meeting distribution timeline locally and to other overseas digicel territories while ensuring quality control standards throughout the billing process right down to packaging
