“Progress. Not perfection.” This has been the basis for life's outlook and approach. Like many of us I have encountered many challenges and setbacks along the way however, by maintaining a positive, resilient, hardworking attitude and approach however, I have made significant strides.Resulting from conquered obstacles, I had a sense of direction upon enlisting in the United States Navy in 2011. With the vast experiences with having to wear multiple hats; working extensively in healthcare at a facility that's the only one of it's kind (FHCC), and in an organization that personifies diversification, I’ve been able to allign my talents with, and affirm my passions. With that, I’ve been able coordinate, develop and conduct numerous initiatives and/or programs that were centered on advancing personnel in various facets of life while fostering organizational development and improvements both cumulatively and simultaneously.Continuing on this path, I have recently acquired a higher education in administration specifically, health care management and currently working on a dual masters degree in in Healhcare Administration and Informatics.
