The Crown is a high end Restaurant and Hotel which is undoubtedly one of East Anglia's finest establishments. Recognised for it's food and fine wines, along with exceptional service, set amongst an idylic setting of the Suffolk countryside. My role was to assist in the management of the staff and oversee a smooth running of it's service and customer satisfaction

Incorporating 'Mistley Quay Cafe' and 'The Shepherd Freehouse and kitchen'Retail organisation focussing on delivery exceptional customer service and food led business.Rebranded both businesses, implemented digital marketing strategy, creating a relaxed dining and drinking experience.
