About Richard Brunt

Since 1 May 2019 I am responsible for the tax function at UEFA, dealing with all aspects of tax strategy, planning and implementation of projects. Prior to this I spent 11 years at PwC, 9 of those years in Switzerland where I was a Director in PwC’s Value Chain Transformation team. I spent 5 years in Lausanne/Geneva and 4 years in Zurich.I have deep experience in designing, developing, implementing and reviewing business and tax aligned business structures and have managed tax optimisation projects across different industries including commodity trading, chemicals, engineering, retail and consumer and luxury goods. I am a highly experienced project manager and have led many global projects to ensure the successful implementation of business and tax aligned operating models. I have strong experience of transfer pricing issues covering planning, documentation, benchmarking and APA’s.
