A proven executive, programmes, operations and training leader, I ensure individuals and teams meet and exceed their potential, helping create the right environment and framework to learn and grow. I enjoy making a real difference to organisations.Leading high intensity British Army global projects and managing teams gave me the ability to work well in complex and pressured scenarios. I took focused, authentic leadership, considered management and strategic vision into my next role as Director of Training (Royal College of Anaesthetists). I advised the President and Council on training and policy, setting strategy, driving change and managing risk with day to day engagement with national healthcare stakeholders including the Department of Health and Social Care and the General Medical Council. My move to Executive Director at eIntegrity e-Learning involved running the Company, working in Partnership with NHS Health Education England, the UK's Royal Colleges and Professional Bodies. I was responsible for all aspects, including governance, strategic planning, budgeting and revenue stream management, and marketing. My working time whilst supporting eIntegrity also included providing management consultancy services from my own company, Tillima to various organisations, including NFP and CIC's both paid and some pro bono work. This period in my career steered me towards the calling to be making a real difference, and led me to Driver Youth Trust (DYT) where the need for inclusion and equity resonates with me. As programmes and learning and development Director, my work has included strategic and operational change management, and increasing capacity and capabilities.
