I have spent the best part of 12 years working in elite sport, delivering sport science support to some of Great Britain's top athletes, coaches and high performance programmes. I currently lead the Female Athlete Health & Performance, and Bioscience Programmes at the English Institute of Sport, both of which I helped build from concept to reality and are underpinned by progress in science, medicine and technology. I am passionate about developing research and innovation networks that accelerate learning and elevate health and performance support.
